We understand, though, that everyone’s financial needs differ, which is why we offer affordable payment plans for those on a budget. If you wish to enjoy the luxury and comfort of a Selenamod product without the financial constraints, then choose from one of the three plans below.



Plan 1: Half-Half Payment Plan

  2. Fill out all of the information accurately
  3. Send the completed information to the email address listed on the authorization form

Note: You will be asked to upload three (3) documents with your Half-Half Payment Plan submission, which are

  • a completed application form
  • a copy of your driver’s license or state-issued photo ID
  • a copy of the credit card to be used at the time of purchase


Plan 2: Synchrony Bank Financing

Plan 3: Affirm Financing

*Selenamod will enforce the following payment plan policies: A. You will be required to pay the remaining balance—in full—no later than ninety (90) calendar days from the initial order date; B. If your order reflects a balance above $0.00 after the allotted 90-day period, you will be charged a service fee of 3% of your order’s total sales price (including taxes, if applicable), which will be collected directly from the most recent payment method on file; C. An additional payment extension will only be permissible with the written approval of a Selenamod representative; D. If you are unable to pay the remaining balance prior to the final delivery from the third-party carrier, we will store your order at our Las Vegas warehouse for a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the date we receive your product(s); E. Allotted complimentary storage time is on a case-to-case basis, but for non-responsive customers whose orders exceed the 30-day period, a non-refundable storage fee of 25% will be incurred; and F. When placing your order, you will be charged 50% of the total sales price, while the remaining 50% balance will be collected automatically within 85-90 calendar days from the date we confirm and process your order. (Note: Selenamod will notify you [via phone or email] of the remaining balance 10-15 calendar days prior to the 90-day payment period.)

**Each Affirm and Synchrony Bank plan is dependent upon an applicant’s credit score. Customers are required to pay 10% down for plans with Affirm and Synchrony Bank—as well as the associated processing fee determined by the applicant—during the initial application process. (Contact us for further assistance in determining the payment option most suited to your budget.)


IMPORTANT: Payment plans cannot be combined. Additional information may be required if the billing address is different from the shipping address. Any payment information provided herein will NOT be stored or shared with non–Selenamod representatives. Your name and billing address will be held on file for periodic phone or email updates regarding the status of your order and will be shared with our third-party carriers solely for delivery purposes. If there are any updates to your payment information, you must contact us immediately. Any failed charge attempts from Selenamod may result in delays to the manufacturing, processing or shipping of your order; additionally, customers who do not notify Selenamod of payment updates may incur overdraft fees or other monetary penalties if payment cannot be captured as a result of the following: expired, canceled, or newly non-activated debit or credit cards; insufficiently funded bank accounts (for ACH transfers); or missing or inaccurate information needed to properly finalize a transaction. For security purposes, all submitted authorization forms require valid copies of a customer’s photo ID and the credit card used for the initial payment. Credit card details MUST display the cardholder’s full name and the last 4 digits of the card. A Selenamod representative will subsequently contact a customer to validate all payment and identification details. Cancellations made within five (5) calendar days from the date an order is confirmed and processed will result in a 3% non-refundable processing fee.
