How much is Shipping Cost?
Normally, shipping cost is from $99.00 to $399.00.Type in your address when you are in the process of checking out and the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost.
Can I Customize my Sectional or Sofa Set?
Yes – You can have your preference on Size, Material, Color and Add-ons.
What is the difference between Italian Leather and Bonded Leather?
Italian Leather has a special Tanning process that uses vegetable ingredients which makes the Leather resistant, elastic & smooth while Bonded Leather has a small amount of leather mixed with polyurethane and is not as strong and durable as Italian Leather.

Can I cancel my Order?
Yes, you can, please see below cancellation fees that will apply to all orders:
1. Cancellation within 5 days after the initial deposit - free of charge.
2. Cancellation after 5 days after the initial deposit - 10% of the total sales price.
3. Cancellation after 20 days, after initial deposit - 25% of the total sales price.
All refunds will be processed with the original mode of payment used.
Can I return my product if I do not like it?
Returns are free within 15 days from receipt of product. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost.

Do you offer Financing?
For right now, Las Vegas Locals can avail of Financing through Synchrony and Progressive. But we offer Selenamod Special Payment Plan to customers all over the US.
